  • messages and correspondence with us (website forms, email, WhatsApp, Telegram).

2.2 Information needed to arrange charter/tours/training

We only request and process such data to the extent necessary to organise and fulfil your order.

2.3 Technical data and cookies data

We may collect IP address, browser/device type, language, time zone, pages viewed and actions taken on the website, as well as cookies identifiers and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, amount, currency, payment identifier and other technical details needed to confirm payment, provide customer support and meet accounting requirements.

3) How we use your data

We process personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries, prepare offers and arrange bookings;
  • support your booking (service messages via email/WhatsApp/Telegram based on your chosen channel);
  • share necessary details with charter companies/partners, skippers, marinas or other providers involved in fulfilling your order;

4) Legal bases for processing

We process personal data based on:

  • performance of a contract and/or steps prior to entering into a contract;
  • legal obligations;
  • legitimate interests (e.g., security, customer support, improving our service);
  • your consent (marketing communications, personalised advertising/retargeting, non-essential cookies).

5) Marketing messages (email and messengers), consent and opt-out

5.1 How we obtain consent

During purchase/booking you may tick a checkbox to receive updates and special offers from Let’s Boat. We send marketing messages only when you have given clear consent via that checkbox.

Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages related to bookings and payments.

6) Personalised advertising, retargeting and “audiences”

We may use Meta and Google tools for personalised advertising and retargeting. This may include:

  • using cookies/identifiers to show more relevant ads;
  • creating and using “audiences” based on contact details (such as email/phone) for advertising purposes or exclusions — in line with your consent settings and applicable law.
